This mcdonalds is always 50/50 for me. The food is always amazing, and the staff are always working hard to get orders out, but I rarely get what I pay for. Its either I get a completely different order, or they forget half the stuff I did order. Staff is very friendly. It just seems they can never give me exactly what I order.

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s in the area. Twice in a row I’ve been up charged $1.29 for a large size drink that I never ordered. This morning I got one of the most disgusting bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. There was one undercooked piece of bacon down the middle, and the rest of it looked like it was totally thrown together. The only reason I ever go to this McDonald’s because of Starbucks is right next to it so it’s convenient but I’ll never go back again again

This review would be worse if it wasn’t for Erica. My hangry wife and daughter were ready to chew my legs off as we waited for a long time for our food so I decided to approach the counter. We had already waited so long while they serviced all the cars in the drive through but, what really made matters worse was the two people working behind the counter completely ignoring me, even after making eye contact. Luckily, Erica came back from delivering food to the outside window and immediately addressed my concerns and calmed the wild beasts that I call family. If it wasn’t for Erica, I wouldn’t even be able to write this review! Way to go Erica!

Absolutely disgusting! They have awful service. When I told them my order was wrong the were very rude about it and acted like it was my fault. There fountain drinks taste like i drank a chlorine pool. There sweet tea is awful it was hot and tasted like water might as well drink a glass of hot water. And it is just young children that don’t know what they are doing. Also the girl that took the my money could not even figure out how to give us 3 dollars back it took her probably 3 good minutes to count 39 cents and give me 3 dollars back. No napkins? Come on McDonald do better! If I could rate zero stars I would this is just absolutely awful!

The New Albany Road McDonald’s is the only one I go to. Their fries are consistently delicious with the proper amount of salt. The staff are also nice and engaging, unlike the typical zombies at other fast food places. Certainly recommend this spot for an actual ‘fast’ food stop!
