When we pulled up to the window to get our food I noticed the food was already sitting there. When the man handed me back my money the change fell on the ground. We checked the bag to make sure all our food was there and nothing was wrapped up it was wadded-up like toilet paper! We did not get straws!! All five of our tacos were broken with tons of lettuce and not even a teaspoon of meat! When you opened the package the cheese and lettuce all fell out! The Chalu pas were cold! Burrito was not normal! Totally shocked! I’ve never had this from Taco Bell Before!!!

Worst taco bell I’ve ever eaten at. My food is constantly either cold or stale everytime I come here. They never mix the 5 layer burrito paportionally and their tortillas are always hard and flakey

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady I talked to on the phone was nice, her manager was not. I ordered my meal at 9 ish, by the time I got a dasher they said they already made my order and it’s gone and that’s it. I work with Doordash at my job everyday and when food gets misplaced, we remake it. Because the person who paid for the meal didn’t get their food. They told my dasher I was out of luck it was already gone. I called them and they said they would remake my order. Then 10 mins later it was canceled completely and nobody said anything to me. It’s been almost 2 hours since I ordered BREAKFAST now I have to be at work soon and no stores have breakfast I’m out $40 for 5 DAYS AND IM STILL HUNGRY. They handled this terribly for food service
