Very convenient location downtown and love that it stays open later. My boyfriend and I got to Winston-Salem late and was looking for somewhere still open. The fact that it is in a hotel is fine but very dark lighting and loud. I got the salmon and he got the St. Louis ribs. They were cooked the way we asked but flavor was just average for the price.

My wife and I dined here for a birthday dinner and we were impressed by the menu, the wine options, cocktails, bar, burgers and sandwiches, salads and starters. The chef here is great and the presentation is on point. The service is also quick and helpful. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking, seating, and restrooms. The only thing lacking is a few attention to details.

Enjoyed an evening at Butcher & Bull. Crab & artichoke dip appetizer, ribeye special & cheese burger dinners, & chocolate cake dessert. The red wine paired perfectly…the servers were top notch too. Hope to return.

The CAB Ribeye was delicious, nicely seasoned and cooked the way we wanted. The Fontina Mac’n’cheese was so good and grits were fantastic. But what really made our night was the excellent service we received. Our server, Destin, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and made good recommendations.

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food but the best part is the friendly staff behind the bar. Keely and Jay are awesome mixologists and they make you feel very welcome, like you are amoungst friends. Would definitely recommend visiting.

The restaurant itself was nice, clean, and minimalist but nonetheless pretty. Idky people are so “thrown off” by the fact that it’s in a hotel. there’s a bar, party room, dining area, and several leather wing-backed chairs that I would GLADLY take home with me. I enjoyed the modern minimalist take on a steakhouse.
