Who doesn’t like a chipotle burrito bowl? Pretty normal chipotle, there was a lack of ingredients and I had to wait for the staff to make the chicken. The flavors of the chicken gave the bowl a nice meaty and grill like flavor. Rice is always nice for carbs and blends well with other flavors. Add lettuce for some crunch and sour cream for a refreshing taste/feeling. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was not amazing. Overall, it’s a chipotle.

I am speechless. I know going to Chipotle for a quick snack one´s not expecting a 5-star meal or ambiance, but this Chipotle is the worst I´ve ever been to. From the star, extremely dirty doors, tables and chairs. The restroom? Im not even going to talk about that. The food had been standing there for a long time, all dried up and opaque. Service was unbelievably rude. My advice: stay away.

This Chipotle is a blight on downtown New Haven. The food is consistently disgusting, old, and dry. The workers are unhygienic and rude and stoned out of their minds at all times. Service is terrible here, food is terrible here. Abandoned food is scattered outside the restaurant regularly and is bad enough that the pigeons won’t touch it. Everyone who works here should be fired, the place should be shut down, and the earth should be salted so it can never reopen.

I guess it’s my fault for placing an online order towards the end of the night but anyways spent $32 on a meal and a bowl with extra steak and brown rice got my order it was completely wrong and not to mention instead of extra steak I paid for I had no meat at all! And instead of brown rice white…….I would see if it were a once in a while thing but every time I order from this one it’s messed up so I will be taking my business to west haven from now on . I know people order close to closing time and you wanna go home but honor your menu/operation time or at minimum let people know your out of product

Food is awful. Been craving chipotle lately and gave them 4 or 5 chances in the last few weeks. Because apparently I didn’t learn my lesson.

My friend and I went in to get our chipotle bowls and as we usually do, we asked for 3 sides of cheese for our bowls and Tayah started stressing out the employee that was serving us and you could tell how visibly uncomfortable everyone and the employee was. Extremely rude and displayed no teamwork or leadership qualities, acting like she comes in every morning and makes the cheese out of scratch herself. Ended up charging us $1.55 for the sides of cheese, AND including the cheese on our bowls. We were charged an extra $7.75 essentially for 3 sides of cheese. LIKE PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN. I wouldve bought a pack of mozzarella instead. Like be foreal. The energy was terrible and i hope she learns to treat her workers better.

Have gotten pretty much every single order wrong when ordering through Uber eats. Missing entire items. No attempt to notify customers or cancel order when out of ingredients (sending a bowl of just cheese and lettuce when they’re out of rice and sofritas)
