I love waba grill but for some odd reason quality is trash in the ie when it comes to food. My kale salad had mold at the top. Unbelievable. I don’t blame the employees. I blame management for being cheap. I’m sure they’re taking some big bonuses for saving the franchise money at the expense of quality.

Very rude employees I placed an order at 8:45 on the app went to pick up at 9 and they said they were closed and couldn’t give me a refund. I’ve called 3x and spoke with Dulce who is supposedly the mgr she keeps trying me she’s processing it and to wait 2-4 days- I’ll be here in person soon. Today I do an online order at 6:20pm go to pick up and they put a sign in the drive thru saying they are closed for 30 mins but no return time. I called for a refund again and they said I have to do it on my end when h app clearly says to contact the store and gives me their phone number. The girl working is very rude and ignorant.

The food is really good. As usual for Waba Grill. But the veggie plates were skimpy with the meat and veggys. The workers were rude and impatient. They were extremely harsh to another customer who was asking a question. They spent most of their time talking and chilling like if it was a place to hang out rather than a work place. Personally I’ll never come back to this Waba Grill. I’ll go to a different one

Order took 30 mins, there was only on customer before me.. Rice had too much water, Brocolli and cabbage were over cooked, carrots really dry you could tell they had been out for a while. And the meat was so over cooked. I could not believe this people could not get even one thing right. I love waba grill just not this one.

After years of not going to waba Grill, I went today, and I was very disappointed. Back in 2013, I used to go on my lunch break. Everyone at my job was obsessed with it. I ordered the dumplings, and they were not good and very plain on the picture it shows some type of sauce, but I didn’t receive it. I won’t be going again. I paid 17$for a bowl, 5 dumplings, and a tiny small drink.
