Well, we went during a lunch break, and we got our tea/lemonade, sadly it tasted horrible so we asked for water.. it took 20 minutes of us just sitting there before we decided to leave, we did find out that some of the lunch specials include the tea, some do not.. we didn’t get our drinks back, I was really looking forward to seeing how good the food was.. Maybe next time I won’t go during a lunch break

Purchased tacos and two coffees through Uber Eats. Was disappointed to see both my coffees filled only 2/3 of the way. Not an inch from the rim but 2/3. Why??

My wife and I visited for breakfast. The service was very good. The food was good but not great. Their tortillas are very thick and almost bread-like.

The food is good and the prices reasonable, and you can see that by the number of people eating here, it’s busy most of the time. However, they’re constantly short on servers. I also suspect the owners didn’t expect such success because at times the kitchen cannot keep up with the amount of orders and it takes a while to get your food. Many good dishes here, and mostly authentic Mexican flavors. Do not expect good coffee here, it’s usually weak and not fresh, you can tell that by the color and taste. Eat here for sure, just be aware of the wait, if you’re in a rush go through their drive-thru.

Good fresh food. Good pricing What hurts them is their outdoor menu. It doesn’t have pricing and items that they do not have or carry no longer are covered by tape.

Yummy! Affordable delicious meal. The barbacoa was right on target. The enchiladas were a bit soggy which was disappointing. However, the pancakes were surprisingly delicious given that it is a Mexican restaurant! Recommend for a local meal!

Great food very well seasoned, tortillas were hand made and hot temperature wise. They added a very festive and Christmas atmosphere to the dining area with a Mexican themed decorated Christmas tree.

I give the food 5 stars it was very delicious. But the service 3 stars. I want someone to greet me at least acknowledge that I’m in your restaurant. The coffee was very good. We waited 5 minutes before anyone said hi or offered us drinks. We will be back. It was good.

First time here since I moved away from San Antonio proper and living further north. Loved the prompt service and friendly staff attending us for our meal. Will continue to recommend and come back.

Last ate here in 2009. Recommendation was great flour tortillas. Yesterday I got on wrong bus enroute to Walmart. Many buses have Walmarts on routes. Found myself on VIA 5, McCullough. Remembered great tortillas and prices here. Establishment seemed stable upgraded and busy. Always good sign. Ordered large menudo with both flour and corn tortillas. Both were excellent. The menudo was very good. Service was excellent. Did not have business card. Left pleased and Remembered this bus turns into #30 which turns around at Walmart. Great visit and shopping trip.
