I have been wanting Long John Silver for weeks but hate the wait. Well I was surprised how much this location changed. I got my food fast, fresh and hot. The manager on duty was Cortez. He made sure his staff was friendly because they had no choice but display the amazing customer service he gave. His friendly smile and service will definitely bring me back. The food taste like they used fresh grease on every order. I’m glad you’ve changed the management!

All the doors were locked we went thru drive thru no answer tried calling no answer food was cold when we did get it. The guy wasn’t friendly said that they were short staffed and we will not go to that one ever again

This website says this restaurant is open for dine in. DON’T YOU BELIEVE IT. THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED. This is yet another Long John Silvers restaurant that is so mis-managed that it always has its doors locked and its dining room closed. This smacks of bad management and incompetence. ALL the other fast food places have OPEN dining rooms, except Long John Silvers. Speedway, Plainfield and 71st and Michigan Road. Why? How about it LJS management/ownership? Do you have a comment or should we all consider that you just don’t care about your customers? I’d like a response from management for the reason for the closed dining room.

Their drive thru needs to be redone. The girl who took my order stole my change. I gave her .50 cents & told her to swipe my card for the rest. But she only swiped the card then asked me for .8 cents but never gave back my change. I thought I heard the wrong total but she flat out just stole from me. I am not coming back. I asked for a piece of chicken and a side of hush puppies and only received 2 hush puppies. This location has issues going on.

Could not go in to eat! Had to back up in the drive thru to ensure I got my condiments. Even thought I clearly expressed I needed and I stated very politely. I still did not receive my condiments….even though I asked two times and backed up to clearly state what I needed.

When you go through drive thru (because that’s all that’s open) you have to pull over to a parking spot to wait for your order. No organization, no number for your vehicle nothing. When they were bringing out orders just walking up to random cars trying to give you whatever order they have. After a 30 minute wait and being given the wrong order twice the food was bearly edible, most of it thrown away. LJS was once a favorite fast food spot, they are a shell of their former selves. Really it’s just time for them to shut down.

The service was fine. The food was ok. We had #5 with lemonade. It was ok. The fries were not fresh the hush puppies were the best to me. Will give them another try in the future.

This restaurant is in a bad location. They are still taking orders from drive through only, and wouldn’t open for walk ins during normal dinner hours for “training” reasons. I suspect the manager had a rotten attitude because she’s had to deal with a lot of problems at her location and career. There are safer restaurants a few miles away. Don’t recommend this location, unless you are really desperate for delicious fried seafood, and are willing to pickup or drive thru.

The inside closed so early. We got there at approximately 5p and the doors were locked. So we started to think the whole building was closed but an associate let us in after we were hesitant to leave looking at the hours. The attitude of the staff was very irritable but the food is excellent.
