Ordered a sub for my son and a wrap for myself. The sub was fine, nicely made and everything. The wrap was good but you could tell it was just tossed together and not rolled up very well. Very messy. Also wasn’t cut all the way thru. Please take a little more time to make the food presentable. Thanks

I ordered online and waited until the time the app said it would be ready to pick it up. They didn’t have my order. They couldn’t find the receipt that they said they knew printed and didn’t know how to reprint it. I waited for 20 minutes past the quoted pick-up time, then I got home and found that they had warmed my sandwich that had mayo on it, making it inedible to me.

It’s Subway, so you know what to expect quality -wise for food. Staff was really nice; a good point on an otherwise quiet day. I recommend the location because of it.

Waited a while just to pay. It wasn’t even busy. I am from out of town visiting my dad. And my sandwich is made wrong. I asked for avocados and I got guacamole. And I didn’t select it. The person on the phone was very rude, and so was the cashier on drive thru. They it way too much Mayo and honey mustard!!!! I can’t even eat it… so disappointed. They didn’t even cut the foot long. I drove 4 hours to visit family and I haven’t eaten all day and now I have to spend more money to get something to eat b cuz this sandwich is terrible

There is an employee, that i beleive is a new, that had the most respectful, courteous attitude . He was extremely cheerful and was on top of things. He listen to your order and had great eye contact, that made me feel i wasnt just another sandwich. This was lunch rush and he was a bit frazzled but kept his cool. Jon you did a great job. Thank you.

We have been going to this Subway for awhile. This is the best of the three subways in town. We have always had quick and courteous service. The food is alway fresh and the restraunt is clean. We highly recommend going here for a quick bite.

Some staff are good, like the gal who said she transferred from the newer Willmar Subway location to this older one. There are two young guys who work at this older location who seem like they don’t care about the customers who come in the restaurant to order. They need to remember that the customer is always in the right and the sub sandwiches people order are made how they (the customer) likes them. Tonight, while I was eating in, sitting at a table, inside the restaurant, another customer who was in line ordering her sub sandwich with one of the two young guys, She was telling him when she ordered this same sub sandwich last time, it was made sloppy and all the meat on it was not spread out on the sub (it was in the middle) and didn’t want a repeat of that and the guy said he understood what she was saying and proceeded to make her current sub order. She wanted it warmed up with the meats heated up in separate little containers/cheese on top in their microwave this time. She asked him to warm it up a bit longer after the first time because she felt the first time wasn’t long enough and didn’t want a cold sub. The guy said that she was asking alot when she asked him to heat it up again, and she told him that she wasn’t asking too much and that she had things to go do. He said he had things he needed to get done too while on his shift tonight. So this is an example of why they need to remember that the customer is always right and not argue with customes. I am not impressed with this Subway location and will not come back if those two guys are working. The one guy who helped that other woman customer, did apologize to me after the fact that had all happened and I said he could have handled that alot differently and he again, said he was sorry. I told him if he or his other guy coworker were working, that I wouldn’t be coming back and he said he didn’t care because he was really stressed out. Unacceptable!!

Touch screen make me mad! Seriously it’s like got a mind of its own and is just screwing with you as it tends to ignore your touch, choice, and or selection dabbing the same spot over and over until mid dab the scene changes and you dab something but have no idea what actually just happened because you just made choose on a screen that you were allowed to view for quarter of a second. And that be my hunger pain for the Subway!
