Just ordered carryout and the two pepperoni pizzas were burnt, extra crispy and almost impossible to chew. I had a rather large order, $64 worth, and the fact that a lot of it was just inedible is really disappointing. Will definitely not be ordering from this Domino’s again.

When someone places an order hours beforehand and sets a time to pick it up they expect it to be correct. You quite literally have plenty of time to make sure it’s made correctly at that. People make the executive decision to place it earlier to be sure they have time to pick it up and get to a location it a timely manner. Having to wait for it to be remade it absolutely inconvenient and unnecessary if you had done your job correctly or even taken the vast amount of time given to check your work.

Usual Domino’s Pizza quality, but more impressive because this restaurant location only staffed one employee this afternoon. Two pizzas, dessert, and two salads in under 30 minutes despite one man doing all the work. Dining room appeared closed, but it’s there and not roped closed, so that may be an option.

There were olives mixed in the sausage on my pizza(I ordered a sausage Alfredo pan pizza). They told there was no way I could prove my pizza had olives unless I spent more gas money to drive back to their store. Worst experience I’ve had at any Domino’s. Update: seems like everytime I give this store a shot they mess up the pizza. Unpleasant and unprofessional management(or whoever was on the phone as they did not mention their name). Wouldn’t even try to give me an email so I could show them the olives on my pizza.

It seems like everytime I’m craving pizza (I have to get it from here as I have a gluten allergy and they are the only pizza place with GF options available) domino’s isn’t able to deliver. Could be midday, could be night, doesn’t matter, they won’t be able to deliver. It is so frustrating to be stuck at work unable to leave, go through the entire order process on the app, only to be told on the last page that delivery isn’t an option. This has happened everytime I’ve ordered with them in the past 6 months.

Im going to update my review.. I recently accumulated enough points to redeem my free pizza. I did that tonight 2/26/2022 @ 8pm. The pizza i received was dry , and only had toppings on one side of the pizza. After the previous review the main manager reached out and haven’t had any problems since tonight.. the crew working Tonight was a Total Fail.. when I hear from the manager again I will make sure he corrects his incompetent staff…

I’ve only ever had one order made incorrectly, and I wasn’t even the one who noticed it…the manager did when he brought my pizza out to my car. He mentioned they had made a mistake, and were making me another pizza, plus I got to keep the extra one free of charge. Great customer service! Honest! Integrity! And the employees always greet me with a smile
