I was a bit confused about what to expect. It’s a bar meets food truck kind of experience. There is a waitress to take drink orders from the distillery/brewery. Then if you want food you scan the QR code to order from Brew-haha’s menu (their kitchen is in the back and they bring the food out to you). You end up paying for food through your phone and then any drinks are a separate bill from the 301. Overall it was a good experience but wish the menu was a bit more expansive. If you’re looking for a local place with burgers and beer, this is for you. If you are looking for mixed drinks and other menu options, maybe try somewhere else.

We can in for a few appetizers and pick me up drinks. Amazing! Sugar Sand Distillery makes all of the spirits and beers and wines. 301 and Sugar Sand go hand in hand in business. Delicious!

Great place to chill with your significant other. All alcohol and beers are amazing and the food from BrewHaha Burgers was very delicious. We had the Nuts in a Jam and the Caught in a Pickle. Very tasty! Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Will 100% be returning!

I like it here, great vibe with local Florida people. As a natural halfway point between my friend in Fort Myers and myself in Orlando, it seemed like a fantastic place to chill out far from the busyness of both of our respective cities. The people are quite welcoming, the bartender made our drinks to liking: 7UP and Floridian lemon vodka, which was nice and refreshing and delicious. I enjoyed the flavor, I dont normally drink that often, so it was a fantastic treat

The waitress was wonderful, freindly and attentive. I enjoyed the beer selection. The food, which is aparently a separate establishment is not what it apears. I had expected a Italian Food, instead one might consider it bar food. Everything we ordered was likley procured from Sysco or Costco for that matter, frozen and reheated with a microwave. I might stop back in to put back some pints but I’ll not eat here again.

Came in as a first time customer and bar staff was extremely friendly ordered a pretzel food was good and a few drinks after about an hour I was told I could request songs and when I did I the kitchen staff came out and turned all my requests down to a whisper basically .. so yeah don’t suggest and rap/rnb

Great atmosphere. Steampunk vibe. Currently distilling rum, vodka, gin and shine. Beer is on the way but they have Florida brews on tap. We didn’t have food. Lots of TVs.
