Once upon a time this place was a guarantee for good fried chicken, but the past few time I’ve been there I’ve gotten chicken that made me sick. It had an odd taste and I paid for it later, the rolls were great. The is a dump as well, the location on Cartwright Rd is a dump as well.

Terrible customer service!!! I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for gravy that was left out of my order after the staff acted as if they couldn’t just open the door and hand it to me seeing as how it was their mistake but by the time I’d made it back to the window I was told all the gravy had been thrown away!! Now I’m stuck having to eat my dry tenders with no gravy which the #9 combo is supposed to come with! This location needs better employees with better customer service skills!

The drive thru cashier was soooo nice!! I had to wait on fresh fries, but the lady at the drive thru window and manager were extremely nice!!! That will go a looooooonngggg way !!Thanks for putting a location in our area!
