This was the first time that I had received cold burgers at a fast food restaurant. Woow! My fries were very warm and dry! Very dry! I Couldn’t eat more than a few. I ordered two mediums. I waited a lengthy time in the drive thru with no one in front of me. I turned off my engine. Staff was very friendly. One young pretty lady was working and was using her crutches to get around. I admire her dedication!

When i got here, there were 2 cars in the drive through. The car at the speaker sat there for about 5 minutes being ignored before driving off. The next car was asked what they wanted and began to order, but halfway through her order, she was ignored. After waiting for a few minutes, she drove off too. I didn’t waate anymore time, i drove off too. Employees sleeping on the job or something. Theres no point keeping the place open if you wont serve anyone! Id get fired if i let the whole drive through line drive off. And they were definitely open, not overly busy. Fire the useless employees and get better ones or shut your doors. This is not my first negative experience, this is one of the poorer burger kings.
