Just a great experience all around. It was great to chat with the owners and hear a bit about their journey, love for food and desire to bring to the area this type of cuisine. The food was great! We had the Tassot cabrit(fried goat), poison (fried fish), black rice, banan, mai moulet and some cold beverages. The Goat was fried crispy yet tender on the inside, the fish was crispy and well seasoned. We will be returning.
