As soon as I arrived at Jimmy John’s, Music, a young man, welcomed me and helped me choose my perfect sandwich by going over the menu and specials. I was impressed by his knowledge and customer service skills. It’s no wonder he made my experience at the store so pleasant. Maybe he’s already in a managerial position – he definitely has what it takes.

This location is dead. Ordered online and they didn’t even start until I got there. Only one person working. He did his best for us but the quality of this jimmy johns location isn’t as good as other locations.

Don’t bother doordashing after 4pm on weekdays as chances are very slim that they have a DD from their store to bring it to you. Ordered off doordash yesterday evening to waiting almost an hour for a 1mile destination. Then got a call from someone stating that they had no drivers in store. As for them to get a doordasher, idk why they didn’t if they’re using a doordash app. After her explaining, I asked about the refund to her stating “I’m trying to work on it” she then kept my order still running for 10minutes. Decided to call doordash myself to explain and cancel as by that time I did not trust a word she said. Very poor service and very poor common sense as they should’ve cancelled the order if they knew they had no drivers. Maybe if I took the management position, this would not be an issue…but I’m glad I didn’t but it looks like y’all may need to start hiring a new one- the one you have is very low budget and clearly does not know how to do her position correctly based off reviews.

I did an online order for the veggie. What a joke! It had a little lettuce, 3 slices if tomatoes which one was the end with rind in it, and cheese, thankfully I ask to add pickles. 4 pickles slices, gee don’t hurt yourself! We called to complain the lady that answered the phone said she was the owner and she made my sandwich herself, and nothing is wrong with it. Where’s the cucumber and avocado that comes it?!? Save your time and money, Publix has a much better veggie! If she is the owner, she’s a joke!

This location needs to stop offering delivery during peak hours. I believe that would solve a lot of the quality issues. Waited 4+ hours for a lunch delivery, which is just comical at this point. Left the delivery location to go home for dinner. lol.

It clearly says opens at 10:30AM and it’s now 10:41 and they still not ready to serve..I called them and they said with a attitude 10min like I was bothering them..won’t be EVER! coming back to this store again and my drivers as well.

I learned today that the owner skims credit card tips from some of her drivers and doesn’t even give them to employees in shop, so make sure to always tip your drivers in cash if you order from this store! Having learned this, I’m not going to order from this location again, I just really hope this isn’t how all Jimmy John’s are run. Very disappointing.
