Late and charred to a crisp. The crust is literally black and flaking apart. Tried to eat and it’s disgusting. 30 minutes past when promised. Lady who answered the phone when I complained didn’t even say sorry and was frustrated instead of apologetic. Only good experience was Deneen the driver she’s very nice. It’s going right in the trash can’t even feed my dog this it’s disgusting

I will never. I mean never order from this domino’s again. You guys really need to get your things together. Everyone that works there need to be fired. Better yet close down.. After being in fast food service as a general manager and previous owner of a pizza parlor I would never give out service like this.. Another thing answer your phone. Sorry service.

I would give NO STARS. Horrible horrible. We placed an order on the online app , 10 minutes before arriving there and it was never ready. The person at the counter was not willing to look up our order or listen. We never got our food even though we got the order confirmation. It was our stop on the way from NY to VA, will not recommend it. They definitely didn’t have system issues and could see the order, but LIED. The staff at the counter said without a manager they can’t do anything . Manager was no where to find

This was not a great experience at all and I’m disappointed because I really like Domino’s. I placed my order today at 1:08pm and the approximate time of arrival as noted by Domino’s was somewhere between 18-28 minutes. My order wasn’t delivered until 3pm. Further, two of my three pizzas look to have been smooshed in the box and the third was lightly burned. This was a really unfortunate experience and its soured my feeling toward the company a bit.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30, didn’t see anything change on the pizza tracker for 2 hours so i called. The guy that answered sounded like he either didnt care, or was drunk/high…maybe all of the above. He told me they were backed up and they were just putting my pizza in. Fast forward 3 more hourse beyond that and still no pizza. I called multiple times during that span but couldnt get ahold of anyone. They took my money and didnt ever give me a pizza. Why i did Dominos instead of a Little Ceasars Hot’N’Ready is beyond me.

If you like your pizza to arrive looking like someone slammed on their brakes, your pie went flying and landed upside down only to have the toppings pile up in the corner of the box, then this Domino’s is your place! Also, the “Delivery Insurance” program is a joke. The local store figured out that if they mark your order status as “completed”, rather than “delivered”, you can’t make the claim. Surprise! Try calling the store and they won’t take your call. The Domino’s site has zero recourse and even a snide remark on their public Facebook page only gets someone to respond with a heartfelt “sorry, here’s a link to get this sorted” – which takes you right back to the online form you’ve already filled out 20 times.

Waited 2 hours on two separate occasions for a pizza to feed my child the last time it was canceled. The store is unreachable and hangs up the phone after waiting additional time. One time they left the pizza in the rain. This is literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. All other restaurants were closed by time of cancellation.

Do yourself a favor, stay far away. There are dozens of better pizza places in Maryland than this awful chain. But if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to make an order at this particular location just pray that your food will be done inside 2 hours of the time they told you it would be ready. I showed up to get my food well after when it was supposed to be ready and the store was filled with a dozen people who have all been waiting for their food for over an hour. Don’t do this to yourself. Get something from Olympia Masala or little Niro’s instead
