Went in for a sandwich & cookie and got the wrong cookie. I was sad. I called back and talked to them about it and they were able to refund it. I am def impressed with their customer service. And I love their food & cookies. Their cookies are delicious and lots cheaper than crave, crumbl, chip, & twisted sugar. I will be back. I love this place! ❤️ I think you should come here.

After hearing about Cutler’s about a year ago, this has become one of my all time favorite places. Their mint brownie cookie is to die for… what dreams are made of! The turkey avocado provolone on sourdough is everything I want in a sandwich. The special cutler’s dressing they put on it is unique and delicious. The sourdough is so soft and fluffy, and they have sprouts by request too, which I love! We live in Utah county so we don’t get to come here all the time, but any time we are passing by bountiful, we make sure to stop. Highly recommend!

Cutler’s has excellent sandwiches and I love their cookies. I usually dine in when I go, and I have a very consistent, good experience each time. Their order kiosk might frustrate some, but there has always been someone willing to take someone’s order. It is not a large dining area, so seating is limited, but it is worth it.

Another disappointing sandwich and visit! My sandwich had little meat and did not cover the entire bread. Plus had almost no mayo or sauce. I came home and added more ham and mayo. The wheat bread seemed very dry also. I also order it without tomatoes, and of course, tomatoes were on the sandwich. How difficult is it to follow my order request. Too many irresponsible teens working worrying about goofing off and checking their phones. This visit will be my last and I only came here to use up a previous credit on my account due to a mess up on my previous order… Had the chicken noodle soup and it tasted like it was out of a can, pre cut carrots and celery. I also had difficulty using my remaining balance of my credit.

Typically I really love cutlers but today they really didn’t do well with my order. Wrong bread, missing condiments, missing add ins etc. very disappointed… it even says everything in my receipt. (Except what was left out). I’ll try them again in the future and I hope they get it right. If so I’ll revise my review and hope this was a fluke.

We love this place! Lots of good food, sandwiches, cookies and treats. We had the Spicy Pastrami and the Chicken Salad sandwich. We recommend walking in first and then when you are comfortable use the drive thru.
