Food was good and the person who took our order was great but the delivery driver was rude. I got a call from an Illinois number so I didn’t answer and then got a voicemail “it’s your delivery driver for your delivery” and that’s all. As I go to call back, there’s a knock on the door and we immediately go to grab the order. Once we opened it, he said “if you order delivery, answer your phone”. No need to be rude but I’m not even sure why he did say this since he found the location so it must not have been for that. The only other thing I can think of is that he knocked and we didn’t hear but there’s a door bell that works that he didn’t try to ring. Just an unnecessary snarky comment in my opinion.

Great service and the food was good too. Rosie was super friendly upon walking in the store. I could tell they had been working hard to get customers orders out to them. It hasnt always been this way at this location. Theyve renewed my loyalty to ordering from here in the future! Great job!

My pizza was delicious. The customer service was good as well. My only complaint was that the store was not marking things when they were actually being done. Because the app was updating. It literally went from “we received your order,” then it never changed. I called the store, and they let me know my order was leaving the store right then. Once my food got to me, I received a bunch of messages stating that they were just then preparing order then a second later, I received a message stating it was on the way. But it had already been delivered. Other than that. The food was good and the service was good. Thank you!

Ordered 2 pizzas and had a free boneless wings because last time they forgot them on a takeout order. Paid for pizzas and gave them certificate for wings, only to find wings forgotten again. Employees have no communication or energy. Pizza was actually good which is the irony of it all. Customer service should be the easy part especially when it’s ordered ahead.
