Great BIG slices, they have a super 2 slice deal with any toppings on it and you won’t leave hungry! Staff is happy to customize it and a great pie for the group when you are feeding the gang. Thin crust so you taste the cheese, sauce and toppings, just like the NY style I grew up with!

Ive been here only a few times but its always great when I go. Eggplant parm sandwiches and pasta are both always amazing. The pasta came with a HUGE chunk of bread which was awesome (and delicious). The staff are SO friendly as well.

The delivery person said he was to busy to come to my door. I had to go down to the entrance of my building, not feeling well. Which I told him. He said he was to busy. Then he dropped my pizza on the ground. I going to a pizza place that delivers to the door.

Walked in to get a slice of pizza with my family. Nobody from behind the counter bothered to say hi, offer a table, or even acknowledge us. The place was empty which made it really awkward. Decided to walk out and go somewhere else. Not sure if the food is good or not, but they certainly need a lesson in customer service.

Honestly, the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered pizzas, wings and pasta Alfredo. Pizzas delivered were completely undercooked, it happens, it’s a Friday night after one of the biggest storms of the season, I get it. Called the restaurant to see if we could get the pizzas replaced, first call was put on hold for 10 mins, so I hung up and called back. Second call I was told I was wrong that the pizzas were incorrectly cooked, really? The person on the phone proceeded to direct me to prove to them via text message pictures that our pizzas were in fact undercooked, really??!! Sitting here, stranded in a hotel with 3 children and 9 months pregnant with raw pizza. The person on the phone then hung up on me when I expressed mild frustration with how these calls rolled out. My husband called back after we sent pictures of our undercooked pizzas, again we were told that we were incorrect and that our pizzas were fine, I just wanted the pizzas replaced with pizzas that were edible, but again we were hung up on. Will absolutely never order from here again. Also, the wings and Alfredo we ordered are pretty well tasteless as well, could be overlooked if the rest of our experience wasn’t so abysmal. Seriously lacking customer service skills in this place, both people I talked with were rude and disrespectful.

Best NY-style pizza in Burlington (pepperoni and sausage is my go-to) using the right kind of cheese. Alfredo pasta is top tier. Salads are fresh. Fresh-baked bread. Family owned. Pizza bowls if you’re on Keto. What’s not to love? Try it!
