Sheslea’s Pizza & Pasta grew out of an idea of introducing new flavors to traditional Italian recipes. We did not want to open a traditional Italian restaurant and with our Latin background we thought why not fuse ingredients we use on our daily living with those Italian recipes we love so much, and that’s how Sheslea’s was born. We carefully choose the best ingredients to create a one of kind menu where the best of both worlds meet.
But if you are not sure about trying this delicious fusion of flavors do not worry!! We also offer other traditional italian plates such as salads and pastas to cater to those who may want a more traditional Italian meal.

There’s not many places where you can get Mexican cuisine and pizza at the same time, but here you can. The food was great, the restaurant was very clean and organized. As a NY native, from the Bronx, I have been to pizza joints all around trying to find anything that comes close. Shelsea’s comes the closest out of all that I have tried in the area. It’s easily the best tasting pizza around and reminds me of pizza from NY. The Mexican dishes were also good and generously portioned. Service was excellent and the waitress was very attentive and nice. Will absolutely come again.

I love this place. Everyone is so polite. They have your food ready quickly, it’s always hot and fresh, and taste so good. Me and a friend went in about 3 months ago by mistake and decided to order. It was amazing & I’ve been going 3 times a month since. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it’s the best.

The best pizza I’ve had in years. I had three large slices that filled me up. I live in Canada and have found restaurants here trying hard not to raise prices but the quality has suffered. It was also the best pizza I had while in Charlotte. Best value.

Pizza was good. Not really a solid 4 rating but I won’t grade lower until I try their specialty Hispanic inspired pizzas. Went in for 2 slices and overall I enjoyed it. Pizza was a little floppy but the crust was cooked perfectly. Honestly, I feel like if they upgraded or changed the cheese, it would be a solid 4. The cheese they had was just not tasty. I will say the garlic knots were delicious. To that note, if the appetizers stick out more than the pizza, that’s not exactly what they want to be known for. To the non-pizza eater below who doesn’t understand how pizza by the slice works, I will say that Shelseas didn’t deserve a 1 star.

Excellent fried calamari. It was very tender and not greasy. The spaghetti and meatballs was very yummy. The chicken piccada was amazing. The chicken was juicy and tender and the sauce was creamy and the angel hair pasta just right. And the bread was pillowy soft. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly.

I’m glad I came to check out this new place! This place has some really great Calzones! They look and taste awesome! The pizza here is really great too! It’s nice and clean. This is a great place to take a family out to eat. There’s lots of room and you can pull tables together for bigger families. The only concern is that they don’t have a big selection on drinks. Food takes a bit to cook but is definitely worth the wait.

I like to support small and try small restaurants. The pizza was good, but the sweet sauce kind of put me off. That’s more MY preference than their lack of cooking skills because the pizza was still delicious!!!! And huge for a medium! She said the lemonade was $5 and I almost choked. We don’t drink soda and they don’t have tea so we had waters. No issue (I’m pregnant so I drink water anyway!) All in all, I’d come back for the pizza Our waitress was polite, but seemed a little standoffish.I think by observing, that’s just how SHE is??? . We still tipped because she was attentive and very sweet to my son. Somewhat of a language barrier. But not to where we couldn’t understand one another! The place is super clean, no one had masks on, but that’s fine with me! Just saying in case it isn’t for someone else!

Stop in here late night after leaving McDonald’s because the line was too slow and long. I figured I’ll go in and grab a few slices. I got 2 slices with mushrooms and they charged me $9. Never again, as you can see in the pic it’s hardly any mushrooms on it. The pizza was cool and the customer service was cool but the price did me in.
