I came into the mall and didn’t know what to choose. This place looked interesting and I chose to get pasta because it looked good. When I got it, there was hardly any sauce. I took my first bite and instantly I knew it was half cooked and old. I wish I would’ve just waited in line for the Popeyes chicken sandwich. I wish I could give negative stars for how bad this was. Please think about eating somewhere else before eating here.

Do not waste your time and money by coming here. This establishment lacks customer service and line management control. Employees are rude or apathetic or both. I came a couple days ago and the lady helping me was giving me an attitude because I wanted a small portion of the ziti. Then on top of that, she got mad at me because she didn’t charge me for the pizza I asked for along with my pasta. It wasn’t a big deal, I just gave her my card again but she was upset. To top it all off, the pizza was dry and stale. Needless to say, they won’t be getting my business again.

Female Cashier that worked during 8:45pm on Thursday 11/23 was very rude. She threw my change back at me and said said she did it because she didn’t like the way I gave her money. Mind you I handed her the money and not throw it . Manager apologized but rushed me away. Definitely avoid. Never thought I would get poor service so easily from a quick food place like this.
