Been a Primo fan since the start. Just started and finished my first cheesesteak from this spot after a few bites. Tried Royersford and they were very good. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same here. Meat is overcooked and not much flavor. Requested toppings on the side and received none. New spot so hopefully just working out the kinks, but I won’t be back.

Just had an Italian hoagie and was not impressed. Very little meat, the tomatoes looked nasty not fresh and during checkout they ask on the kiosk if you want to leave a tip, Felt like for what??? Felt pressured?? Are they not paid enough?? Either way I left a tip but really don’t feel it was necessary. Won’t be going back. Also why should I give a tip prior to getting my food, tasting it, and seeing it?

Ordered a classic Italian and there was more bread than meat. A sliver of cheese. Vegetables sliced so thin they were translucent. Considering this is a brand that touts their sandwiches as “hoagies piled high with top-quality meats, cheeses and a unique blend of spices,” our experience fell quite short of our expectations.

I’ve been to Ptimo before, but not in a while. The sandwich was okay. Bread tasted like it was slightly old. I felt the sandwich was light on the meat. Just wasn’t the same as it was in the past visits to different Primos. It’ just opened, so l’ll give it another go.

Have visited several times, hoagies are good, a bit expensive. Last two times I called was not very good. Put on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up. I know the place isn’t THAT busy. Tonight tried to call and got a message “the cell phone you called is not available” checked the number called three more times same thing. Even tried the phone link on the web page, same thing. Who knows???

I ordered ahead of time since I knew it would probably be busy. And it was; which to me is a sign that the establishment is doing a good job already. My hoagies were delicious, there was friendly customer service, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely be back. Kudos to management!

Finally open and a great addition to the local dining scene. Same high quality meats and breads as at other PRIMO shops. Fast and efficient, with friendly customer service. Also love the variety of choices and plentiful veggie/healthier options, besides the traditional favorites. Highly recommended! Will be back often.

I am so happy to have a primos location so close to my home now as I am a HUGE fan and frequent customer! Everything was absolutely delicious, could have used a little more meat in the sandwich like the other primos locations do, but nonetheless the taste was amazing! Huge shout out to the owner also, he personally drove to my house to bring the corrected chips from my order since a mistake was made!! With a two week old newborn and 2 other children at home by myself I couldn’t go pick it up. Downright wonderful customer service right there!!
