The food was bad. It was made fresh and hot, but it just didn’t taste good. I’ve had better frozen pizza. Tried the paparoni melt and it had less filling than a hot pocket thankfully i was given a small ranch cup so it would have some flavor. No soda fountain, so we had to buy a 2 liter to share, and not one of them in the cooler was cold. All the drinks were warm.

I just ordered Papa Gino’s for the first time in a decade. The first thing I noticed was an off putting smell, but I tried a bite of both pizza’s anyway. One was an XL pepperoni, the other was an XL sausage and ricotta. Both have an odd almost rancid taste. I’m not sure if the meat products are bad or if that’s the quality of the chain. I just had to order from another place to feed the company I have over because we were afraid the food might be bad. $63 wasted (I didn’t give this particular chain a bad star rating for service due to it being on time, and not knowing if the product was rancid, or if that’s just what it’s supposed to taste like)

Just came in tonight, and had wait to more than 20 minutes for the rest of my food to come to my table. Seems like the staff doesn’t know what there doing or knows how too prioritize costumers who eat in the restaurant. Only has been prioritizing delivery orders the entire time.

We got pizza, hot dogs, pasta, mozzarella sticks, and cheese bread sticks. All of it was delicious. Charlotte was wonderful! I think there were only two people working but she was working her tail off and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. Definitely going back!

I missed Papa Gino’s live on NY for 7 yrs and there wasn’t one around, forgot how good they were. Worth the money for how god it is for a franchise type food service. Pizza or Subs can’t go wrong

25 minutes in between me and my partners food being ready. terrible service and employees who don’t even know how to take a tray out of the oven correctly. kitchen staff running around like headless chickens when there’s only 3 people in the entire store. this place should just close down or hire new staff

Waiting for pizza and one customer had her phone on the counter blaring listening to music. I thought this was rude but no one said anything to her so maybe just me
