We really enjoyed our experience at Cin Cin. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy. They warn you that it will take time for service which I would agree it was very slow. We completely understand and we were extremely patient with our server who was constantly running around to a full dining room. However the wait was well worth it, we had an appetizer and shared two entrees (Ahi Tuna and Veggie Pasta). Both were so good, we had a hard time splitting the plates. I am giving them 5 stars but warn others, you will spend a while here, so be patient, and highly recommend reserving a table!!

Since the moment we walked in the service was incredibly slow. At least 20 minutes to get a drink even though there was 3 tables there. The wait for the food was long, understandable being as it is marketed to being an italian “higher end” spot. Willing to wait for good food, but it was horrible. Great band outside tho!

Didn’t even know this place existed. We were next door at the brewery and saw it while we were sitting outside. I’m sure glad we did. I built my own pasta and it was fantastic. Some guy was playing music and he was great. He played at the perfect volume so as not to disrupt conversation.

What a welcoming, little restaurant in the heart of Eagle River! Cin Cin nails the food and nails the customer service. Trenton crafted some delicious pizzas with Chef Jess’ pizza sauce while Aubrey kindly waitressed. Cin Cin is a slow-paced, delicious dining experience… exactly as it should be! Thanks for the great night. Will be back.

Food was served an hour and thirty minutes after we arrived. I ordered the Beef Wellington Rare with potatoes. The outside looked amazing, inside was a grey piece of meat with absolutely no sear. The mushroom sauce made the bread mushy. Luckily I was on a date and enjoyed the 3 hours it took to get served and our bill paid. I tried half of one potato half before this picture, I was still hungry when I left. Presentation was great on the plate but portions are more important to me than looks. Cheesey broccoli soup was pretty watery and was more like broccoli with a little parmesan/romano soup. This may seem a little harsh but for being the second table that night it was sub par. From 5-8 there were 5 tables and mostly 2 tops.

While the food was quite good, there were several issues that were annoying. First, there is a $5 split plate charge which I rarely see these days. Second the server was only able to split a check 50/50 despite how many people were at the table and what we had ordered. I find that extremely odd.

My wife and I visited Cin Cin this weekend for the 2nd time. This experience was excellent. I had the sausage ravioli and my wife had Mano-beef canederli. We both were very pleased. Massa provided excellent service. Our previous visit wasn’t quite as positive so we’re glad we gave this place a second try. Pretty upscale for the Northwoods.

If I could give ZERO stars – I would. We tried to dine in. We waited over 2 hours and were never served the food we ordered. Not sure why as every single other table in the entire place received food. We were not a large party. Back of store needs to get their act together as the front of store suffers the consequences. Will never return and would never recommend this place.

Hurt my tooth expecting to have to chew the beef. Meat was too tender. Servers were also too friendly, and perfectly seasoned and cooked Broccoli could not be ordered in bulk. Only recommend if you are interested in real homemade food and good atmosphere. Otherwise steer clear.
