Our food was given to someone else. When I asked about my order they said I got it. Took some convincing that I did not. They didn’t bother to apologize. They need better management. Too many employees standing around or playing around instead of workkng.

We gave them a heads up that our charter bus would stop by. The food was good but some of the staff were a bit cranky, namely the manager/supervisor. The drink machine had no ice and the lemonade wasn’t working. I tried to get just water and that wasn’t working either. When someone brought it to the manager’s attention she said too bad because they were working on getting meals out. I can’t drink carbonation so I ended up throwing my cup away. Another issue was brought to the manager’s attention and again she said too bad/too late. I know they were busy and tried to give credit for that but since they were making our meals we would have been patient to get the drink machine fixed. I was honestly surprised by the behavior since Ashland purports to be the headquarters of friendly people. I took away one star for the manager but our food was good.

I waited 30 minutes for the worst burger I’ve ever had. The people working behind the counter stood there talking to each other for almost 20 minutes before they started working on the orders that weren’t ice cream.

My children and I love coming here for burgers and ice cream. Only downside is the drive thru lane is VERY SHORT, and only hold about 5 or 6 vehicles. So be careful.

Blizzards are awesome here (obviously), but I’ve been getting a chicken side salad and it is really good. Nothing too fancy, but it always hits the spot when I’m looking for something light. Cheese curds aren’t too shabby either

The quality in food has seemed to go down hill here in the last few months. The fries always seem to be soggy and tenders are old. Also a lot of the employees here are impatient and not very nice, at the speaker and in the drive thru window. I get more fresh food at other places in town than I do here.

The service is always pretty good. The food is usually good. I don’t live in ashland but I drive to town to bring my grandfather because he really likes the food. For a fast food burger it’s not bad. It lacks consistency but I’m guessing most of the people that work here are probably young and learning so it’s understandable. But hey no matter what you can’t beat some DQ ice cream right.
