Ordered the new Asian salad that comes with an egg roll. WAY TO MUCH SAUCE!!! My salad was swimming in the Asian sauce they put on the salad…. Couldn’t use the dressing they provide with the salad ( 2 packs) that compliments and brings all the flavors together. Would’ve been nothing but sauce and a salad swimming in it!! Usually order from the Springs Road location and it’s perfect. This location just adds too much of the sauce! WAY TOO MUCH!! Will order from Springs Road location from now on.

The line moves fast here and the food tasted amazing. Same prices as other zaxbys. I highly recommend the loaded fries with chicken and bacon. They are the bomb! Always get extra zax sauce for dipping!

Food as went down hill. So has the quality of employees. Shows that they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. I hate to drive up to a place and employees are outside the door smoking.

The Asian Zensation was terribly prepared and was more like some left over saugy salad. I will not recommend this to anyone. It did not look like the picture at all- what a waste of my money!!! The wings that my son orederd were dry and scawny looking. They were pathetic!

I was very hungry and thirsty, and all I really wanted was a fresh, crispy Cobb Salad and some water. Well, I got them both, but not exactly how I expected them. Firstly, we had to ask them for the water, as they had forgotten it. They handed me a small cup, with mostly ice, and hardly any water. I guess I will drink it when it all melts, in one sip. Secondly, we had to turn around as there were no utensils. Had to walk in and grab a fork. Thirdly, the tomatoes in the salad were almost rotten. So, old, I almost spit the first one out, gagging on the bad taste.

Disgusting! I went to refill my drink when I took the lid off my drink I seen two little bugs on top of the ice. I was so disgusted I felt like throwing up my meal. I immediately showed an employee and they called her manager over. The manager looked at my drink and said those are not bugs it’s just dust. Mind you I know it’s bugs because I seen little legs and tentacles. Regardless if it was bugs or not who wants to see dust in their drink or anything for the matter. The manager was more worried about proving that it wasn’t a bug but dust. She’s hilarious for that. She offered another Coke or a refund and I accepted the refund because why would I want another coke just to have the same problem. My friend stayed to wait for the refund while I went to the bathroom to wash out my mouth. When I got out I went to look for my friend i’m near the cash register, she was gone but I did catch the manager still talking about how it was not a bug but dust. I genuinely still think she did not get the concept of the whole ordeal

They gave my food to someone else and gave me a hard time remaking it. They were out of ice, lids and straws out at the drink machines and had an attitude when asked for them. Then walked around the corner to dirty tables and the trash – overflowing.

Ordered a Zen salad from Hickory location to take home in Hudson and they left the chicken off!!! Called store and no mgrs there and the girl told me she couldn’t replace salad but could give me a piece of chicken! Zaxbys customer service is a joke. I took a picture of the salad all you do is chicken so how do you forget the chicken. Girl said it was honest mistake we have new people working…. Really??
