With more than 45 years combined in the restaurant business, including a majority in Italian/ Mediterranean cuisine, we are excited to bring our experience in the industry to Quakertown. A co-worker and I each ordered a salad from Italian Delight for lunch today. Was super excited to try a new place. Ordered mine with grilled chicken. Get the delivery and no grilled chicken. So I call…the guy who answered proceeded to tell me I did not get charged and that grilled chicken does not come on the salad, when I was looking at the receipt and asked to pay extra for this to be added. And then he hung up on me. I called back to talk to a Manager, he said “no manager was in today”, he told me to “call back later, I am busy”. I said I would be over to speak to someone. He hung up on me again. 2 minutes later someone called back and offered to bring the grilled chicken because it was their error! I don’t think we will order from there for awhile. Props to whoever called back and corrected it with me. He delivered it and apologized.

I called to order a pizza, they asked me for pick up or delivery, I said delivery.. They ask for the delivery and I give them the address.. The so-called manager gets on the phone and says we don’t deliver that far anymore… Get this it’s 6 minutes away from their establishment lmaooo

The owner is such a nice guy. Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is my personal recommendation! They aren’t my pick for a plain pie but that’s just personal preference, not that there’s anything wrong with it. I love their wraps and they have some of the best fries out of the local pizza joints. Their white pizza is one of my favorites too!

We ordered through slice and it didn’t work. I called the restaurant and the gentleman for help placing my order…. He said order on app and hung up on me since he couldn’t answer my question. after we still ordered from them( only because my son wanted and I agreed to give another chance. Then our Stromboli was wrong…. So I called back to ask for a manager, an employee answered and said, he’s not here, call back tomorrow and hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake until I heard, hang up on her after a second call.…. So $107 later and I will never ever again order. Apparently no senior staff/managers are available if your order is wrong. And employees hang up on you with no repercussions!!!! In case there is a dispute, I have phone records…. Would be happy to provide them

I ordered through DoorDash and everything I ordered was great. I would like to mention that I added a short note that my boneless wings would be prepared and sent dry with the sauce on the side so they didn’t get soggy and they had sauce on them. My other request was followed so I know the note was read. I would just recommend to pay attention to the details. I still give 5 stars because the food was delicious. Have ordered from here for years and hadn’t for awhile. Will ne ordering more again.

I’ve never actually ordered food here myself but I was at a party where the host picked up some pizza from here. The Grandma Style pizza is so good! I was *that* guest and had four slices for myself. I was even thinking about stopping by to pick up a whole pizza for the trip home. Thankfully (for my waistline) I live an hour away but I will be looking for reasons to be up towards Quakertown now!

Ordered a tuna salad and told them I did not want olives or eggs… Picked up my $15 salad and it had olives and eggs. Threw the whole thing away. 3 stars because the salad ingredients were fresh.
