Will no longer be going here. It’s first time I got very bad sevice here. I often come here with my boyfriend. The nice lady that would normally attend to us wasn’t there so i feel bad about leaving this review. So it was another server. We ordered the egg rolls, beef & brisket pho along with the beef eggplant and she even asked my boyfriend again if it was beef eggplant and he said yes. But she got the wrong order and gave us chicken eggplant so we told her kindly that it was wrong. In a couple minutes we received raw beef in the eggplant. This isn’t our first time getting beef eggplant so we know it wasn’t supposed to be cooked that way. The cook and server shouldn’t have got mad at us for them getting it wrong and done a better job. It’s upsetting that we got treated that way since it use to be our favorite spot.

Hot and fresh phó! Super tasty! I ordered the regular with extra noodles because I was sharing with my kiddo. I should have gotten a small, it’s a LOT of food! Their Thai tea tastes very authentic as well. It also seems everyone who was dining in or stopped by are regulars. I’ll probably be another regular, too!

Wife got the regular steak Pho and I got the chicken fried rice with pineapple. The pho was great and delicious while the fried chicken had some flavor. The chicken was plain and the rice was not fully fried as I had expected but all in all they both tasted great! The service was excellent and pricing is fair. I would definitely refer this I-Pho to all my friends and family.

We eat here at least once a week being that we work so close, we can walk there. The plate size is massive and delicious. You leave feeling full and that you got what you paid for. I love 23 personally, it’s a light but filling meal (and it comes with an egg roll )

Tonight was our 1st night eating here, and bottom line is I would not recommend it. We were served relatively quickly, the veggies and meat seemed fresh and good quality, but that’s the only good stuff I could say. The broth was just OK, there are many places in town that do it better. The egg rolls were gross, could not eat them, the sweet-and-sour sauce that came with them was even worse. Like it had gone bad. It was runny, not sweet or sour, just gross. We asked for extra meat and did not get it. We ordered to-go so we didn’t notice until we were home. Edible, but wouldn’t return. The Pho spot on 100th is was better.

I go to get Pho’ about once a week at various locations. This is one of the best as far as taste. The broth is very good. Service was good and food was prompt to table. I will return. Price is right in line with competitors.
