I have came to this location multiple times and every time it’s the same bad experience. The workers are smoking right by the back kitchen door and just staring at you. They’re rude taking your order and also rude at the window. This last time I asked them if it was too late and before I could finish my question she cut me off and said “yes it’s too late for anything you need to pull back around to add anything” and I said “I just need to get no onions on my burger” she said “it’s too late for that also” I hadn’t even got my food yet or paid. I asked if she could just have them taken off and she told me no and was extremely rude about it. I’m not sure what happened to the management at this place but it surely has declined. Will definitely stir people clear of this location.

Yeah so… we had a couple orders like what sometimes happens when you’re with a group in a car… the drive thru people literally told us we have to “go around again” if we want more than one order. Never EVER have i had that happen at a Jack in the Box anywhere else i’ve ever been. Typically they have golden service at the ones i’ve been to in this state. Laziness should not fly at a place where i expect at the very least decent service.
