ordered online for delivery, and didn’t have the correct address plus missing half my order. They said it was way appeared on their screen which I would have to contact technology department. It has been two weeks now with no response. I stopped at the store, and the lady gave me my missing food. I will not be ordering for delivery ever or for a long time as the “technology” department still has not contacted me, also they do not have a phone number for them.

Definitely has gone downhill… Used to love taco bell. I have to eat gluten free now due to celiac disease, figured I’d grab something fast for lunch. Ordered a protein bowl, spent the extra few cents for “steak” instead of chicken. Paid $7.29 plus tax for not even a half of a bowl of food, and 3 tiny burnt pieces of steak. Second time I had a terrible experience. Never going back.

This place needs to shut down. Everytime i come here they have an attitude cause they cant make my meal right or there out of something. Im tired of the attitudes they give here. Everyone needs to be fired and a whole new crew rehired. I dont see how they are in business with the disrespect and rudeness towards their customers. This whole store needs train in how to respect people. Its not my fault they cant do a simple job here.

Ordered drive thru, was okay until one of us went to take something from the bag and all fell apart, wasn’t wrapped good then the Doritos taco I ordered fell apart. If I wanted a taco salad I would’ve ordered one from down the road. Never returning again. EVER
