I placed a $55.00 order for 1 Extra Large Pepperoni, 1 Large White and 1 Cheesy Garlic Bread with a Pickup time of 5:15, at 5:40 they hand Me 5 pizza boxes with 3 slices in each box with Pizza that came from the window / pizza that was already cooked. When questioned I was told they were out of big boxes and this is how they do it. While waiting Two teenagers went to pay and they were told No Cash Transactions, it was just under $13.00 dollars. The kid said keep the change, We just want our pizza. The guy took the money and pushed some buttons and then asked what they had ordered to drink. I said to the Kid that his 20.00 was probably going in that guy’s pocket… I took a 10 minute ride home and walked in the door with $50.00 worth of Luke Warm Pizza. The food was cold and bland. When I asked for refill on my lemonade(which I was up charged for) the worker was rude and cut me off saying they don’t do refills. Then she offered me tap water which is not only disgusting but insulting. It is way over priced too, I paid $16 for two pieces of pizza and breadsticks. Don’t waste your time here.

Any health conscious person that orders pizza usually does not want ALL THE BREAD! they did not have a good selection!! It was all thick bread and the taste was so bland!! That’s not what sbarro is! We will not be back because the young girl was not very helpful!

I go here almost everyday because I work in the mall at Belk. The food is always good and the manager is so friendly and professional. I love talking to them and the manager and her staff have became like family. The professionalism they display is what continues to drive customers to the counter. Pizza was so so. Not as good as other Sbarro locations that I’ve ate. But still not bad. Convenient location in the food court of the mall. We’ve seen other reviews saying the workers were rude but during our visit the workers were very nice and friendly.

Presentation is nice. And 2 large slices of pizza with a drink for 9.99 is not a bad price for lunch. But I regretted it as soon as I bit into the pretty cardboard, which is what the pizza tasted like. This was my first time eating here and I thought it was suppose to be a really good pizza place but maybe my hopes were too high. I’d rather eat at little Caesars and get a whole pizza and 2 liter for that price or anywhere else for that matter. Not worth my $10. Won’t be going back. And the sweat tea was disgusting.

Not even close to a NY pizza. NY pizza is longer and wide and and the taste of NY pizza is way better crust is also good. You need two plates. It fits on one plate. Sorry but I didn’t care for the pizza.
