Sat at the speaker for three minutes before anyone asked for my order. Then when we get to the window we are asked to pull forward and wait. We get the order and drive off. When my wife opened her 6 piece chicken nuggets, she only had 5. Are u freaking kidding me? You can’t count to 6? This has to be the worst McDonald’s around. And this is not the first negative review I have done for this location.

Each time I come everyone contact has been polite, kind and accommodating. Most times my special order is readily prepared within a couple minutes. However, I do not mind waiting an extra 3-5 minutes for them to cook my food fresh. It makes my meals more satisfying It’s a joy at the end of my work days before traveling a long way home.

The last time I will try to order from this McDonald’s. I have never once been able to get an order from this location but have always waited about 15-20 minutes after they were open. I am witness yo multiple cars driving away after waiting. Crew members were arriving at 6:30! If y’all do not open until later the times need to change cause this is affecting multiple families. And from all the other reviews I now know this is the worst McDonald’s.

After reading all these reviews, how in the world is this place still in business??? We had the worst experience ever at a McDonalds. Ordered at the kiosk. Took at least 15 minutes to get our order. The server threw the bag at my husband when it was finally ready. If you’re the owner, you need to read these reviews. This place needs new management immediately!! Fire everyone currently on staff and start over!!

For the past 10 years, not once have I been able to pull up and order in the drive through past 9-ish PM. They keep claiming it’s open but no one will answer. If you’re lucky enough to get an order in I think it takes 20+ minutes as I drive by and see the same people parked in the drive through by the window when I go to and from anywhere down the road.

Had to take the time to write this as they’re not in Yelp for some reason. This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited in my life. The staff will stare you down. Let me begin with my last experience. The monitor is blinking and you wait 8.5 minutes for her to take your order. Girl at first window won’t stand up to take your card. Says nothing. Gives deathly stare. Second window there’s a 9 minute wait. The girl there hand me three giant soft drinks (not my order) and a bag filled with nuggets only—almost creepy. I was charged 19 dollars and didn’t order any nuggets. ???? I give her back the bag. She stares at me in the worst way lol. There is no one else in line. I tell her I ordered a quarter pounder, large fries, a medium diet drink, three milks, a cinnamon roll and she turns to tell the other girl, “yo,whatever you makin’ be wrong” neither say a thing to me. She returns with more wrong food. I repeat my order, she slowly shuts window almost sleepily. 12 minutes pass. We realize no one is in line behind us. No one local comes here anymore. It is consistently the worst experience. In fact, I’ve never experienced a dead Mc Donald’s in my life. It’s a McDonalds. They’re always busy. They’re successful world wide lol. Anyhow, She finally returns with my order. I ask her what the price difference was and she says, “she don’t know”. Yes she, not I. She’s speaking for someone else she knows is helpless. I ask for the price adjustment or a receipt. I no longer care about the time because I’m curious lol. She says she can’t fix that. I assume that I’m supposed to drive away. I tell her I need a receipt. Closes window. Minutes later, a very very angry lady slooooowwwwwwly shuffles over, refuses to make eye contact or say anything to me. I put my hand out and she gives me back 9 dollars and some change. (I paid with my card) ???? I wait for an explanation but she won’t even look up. No receipt. I finally ask what the cash is for. “This your right price.” No idea what this means. It can’t be. No idea how a quarter pounder, large fries, three milks, a soft drink, and a cinnamon roll can possibly only cost less than 10 dollars. Say what? How this business is still thriving is beyond my understanding. It’s the only time I’ve ever sat at a fast food place longer than a fine dining establishment haha. Really awful. I only stopped here because it’s close to the nursing home I was visiting and completely empty. I promised an resident a cinnamon roll and some fries. They all live milk lol. It was 5:30pm, I think. Everything else nearby was completely packed. It was just renovated so I assumed it was in working order. The screen and order area was so funny. Blinking so much you can’t see the screen for longer than a few seconds at a time. Brand new too. Weird. I really hope that whoever owns this business sees this. I’m sure you care to know how awful the employees were running it. So so bad. The worst. Lastly, once at the nursing home I realized there are no napkins, no fork, no straws …. I just laughed. I took the time to type all of this out so that the next person wouldn’t be stared at like they were in a food line at a maximum security prison. This isn’t my first time here but the nurses at the home all told me their stories of this location. It seems to be know of as the worst for some time. I hope it reopens under new ownership or management. So bad. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was extremely affordable if you’ve got lots of time to spare.

Usually this places are not the best for service but the drive thru was just down right horrible, did not get my order right- I asked for a receipt: 1- acted like I was asking for the moon and 2 ended up not giving me a receipt. Would not recommend.

The worst McDonald’s in the country! Pull up through the drive thru and the employee is talking on her cell phone while collecting my money. She didn’t tell me how much I owed until asked, and did not say anything other than that. When I pulled up to the 2nd window they had me pull up to wait 10 minutes for my food. (Probably because they were all just hanging out).
