Ordered the Crab cake and shrimp platter. Crabcake and the sauce were so good and the shrimp were a good size and tasty. The greens were very salty so I was sad about that, but there is no pork in them so at least I got to try them. Mac was kinda dry, but it was still good. Hush puppies were amazing, and the rice had a good flavor. We also tried the banana pudding, my daughter’s first time eating it and she loved it.

Tonight we tried the fried Catfish nuggets, Mac and cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, fried porkchops, Collard Greens, greenbeans, salted caramel banana pudding, and peach cobbler. The porkchops were tender and the fried catfish was seasoned perfectly. Neither were too salty. The mashed sweet potatoes were perfect. The greenbeans and Collard Greens (had a little kick) were great! We also loved the salted caramel banana pudding! We can’t wait to try out other items on the menu!

I’m relatively new to the area and have gone here a few times, but today will be my final visit. I typically get the pork chops which was good the first time, but under cooked the next time. Today I tried the catfish nuggets, green beans and corn (trying to get a green veggie).The catfish was fried well, but it was right on the wdge of being too salty. The green beans were way too salty and had a strong vinegar taste and the corn wasn’t fresh…sigh. I will say that the young lady who takes my order is delightful.

We have always enjoyed Vibes. However, today I couldnt believe the service I received. I am in line, 3rd as a matter of fact. The two place their orders, the cashier goes to the back…I guess to provide their orders and I noticed the menu screen goes black. The cashier returns and says they aren’t taking anymore orders. WHAT!?

I was super excited to try this spot since there’s no GOOD soulfood places in the area. I read the reviews and saw the photos made me want to try even more. I finally got a chance to order, I got the lump crab cake shrimp Mac greens and side of bake beans. The presentation was great, the process of ordering/receiveing food was good, the temperature of my order was even great. As I started to eat the food nothing had taste besides the bake beans to the point I thought I had COVID. I then asked my family member to try the sides Cas I thought I was losing my mind since the food looked good.They agreed it had no flavor. I was so disappointed because i paid $38 for a meal that looked good but tasted like senior citizens food.
