They tried to hand me a family pepperoni with 15 pepperonis on it. The portion is around 80. The dough wasn’t stretched to the edges so it looked like a large after cooking it. The dough it’s self either wasn’t made right, was old (on or past it’s 3rd day) or idk what, but I cooked it for 18 minutes at 425 and the suppose to be regular crust (it was thinner than normal and still didn’t fit the family pan even after stretching it) was still undercooked and was very tough to cut. Very weird. Employee making my pizza was very nice and fixed it, good customer service on his part but quality of my pizza is pretty bad. I use to slang these pies a few years ago and have never once served a garbage pizza like this ever. Unfortunate. Go to Brentwood store instead. Their management has been more consistent over the years I think.

Why is it so hot in there? Why does it smell like musty armpit? I waited outside in the heat for my food so I could at least breathe. Place is dirty. I couldn’t even imagine what the back looks like. Biggest beef is with Papa himself. How do you expect me to order pizza, bread, calzone, cookies and then have them all at different temperatures and times. Would have taken 2+ hours to have everything baked.

Terrible service. I’ve *as of right now been here almost 10 minutes* I haven’t even been acknowledged. 3 people working out here and they have acknowledged other people that walked in after me. As a delivery driver and someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, that’s pretty sad. They really need to train their employees to greet people when they walk in. Glad I didn’t order from here. As of now I’ve been asked the name on the order and that’s it. No telling me how long or anything else…

8/27/22 @7:29pm – Web site would not let me order; therefore, I called the store 4 times w/ no answer – Piff’d, I sent husband over – I went to neighbors & when I came back looked at the cooked pizza which had VERY little product inside – It basically was all dough – I would have brought it back to the store but it was closed after getting back from neighbors

The cheesy garlic bread was all end crust and very little cheese. Asked for light garlic sauce on the chicken, bacon artichoke pizza and it was soupy with sauce. It was not a consistent thickness of crust so was impossible to cook all the way. The worst pizza I have ever gotten from here and I’ve been coming here for many years! The only plus and the reason it’s a 2 star and not a 1 star is for the all meat pizza. The crust thickness was consistent but the meat had to be spread out when I got it home. A poor performance and big disappointment for everyone at our playoff get together.

Do not eat here, look at the pictures. They don’t clean where the pizzas are prepared enough. I was waiting for my pizzas and a employee walks in, doesn’t wash hands and attempts to help make pizzas…. Eat here at your own risk…. I will never buy a pizza here again.
