This is a great place while traveling because it’s right off of highway 70 and Oro Dam Blvd in Oroville. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a drive thru. Fresh food!

This was our first trip to Chipotle it’s been at the Oroville location for over a year I think, we got a gift card to go there. It’s kind of like a Panda Express or as the attendant said a Mexican Subway in which you assemble a burrito or a bowl by picking out your items, starting with white or brown rice black or pinto beans and an assortment of condiments including salsa sour cream and guacamole. I didn’t think it was that tasty, I picked up a carne asada bowl, and I think I should have had the burrito. It was just okay not terribly tasty, fast service but there was nobody there that day, an alternative to a lot of other drive-thru Style Foods but I think Taco Bell was much better, as are others, including a lot of taco trucks… oh , those lovingly chafted chips tasted ok but were mostly a handfull of broken fragments suitable to make a taco salad but not dipping quality.

First and foremost, I love chipotle. This location not so much. Not only did I have a bad 1st experience walk in, a few months back with some unprofessional workers. I chose to give them a second chance, ordering online for delivery. I received what I had asked, but the bowl was not full whats so ever. More Lettuce and sourcream with like 5 pieces of chicken…No rice?? When I ordered a chicken rice bowl… You pay $13+ on a bowl and barely anything in the bowl for it to be costing that much. This is not cool. I will not be returning to this location & manager(s) please get your stuff together and train your employees right.

Customer service is garbage and they will lie straight to your face. Refused to take my order. Supposed to be open till 10 but the lobby was closed at 6 because “there was only two people working that nite” as I watch a third worker walking around behind the dude smh never eating here again. The employees also refused to give me their name so I could submit a complaint. Oh and they don’t know how to scan the rewards on the app so I had to pay for my free guac last time after I signed up. What a joke
