the food is horrible I ordered from there they rice is dry the general TSO chicken is bland they sweet plantains are not sweet they were fried and hard and they fried chicken wasn’t crispy as ask and they are rude on the phone to be over price. food was nasty couldn’t enjoy or finish my order

When I called to order food, the person answering is very rude, where are you, what do you want. When I asked can she speak nicer, she hangs up on me. And I’ve ordered there before, very nice and pleasant voice on the other end and the food is good. Not ordering there anytime soon, thank you!!!

They got my order wrong. It was a simple order, and they even read it back to me: “C-2 Chicken Chow Mein Combination Platter.” What I got was inedible, just a few pieces of chicken and a lot of onions, not a noodle to be found. I called the restaurant about it. I don’t know if they couldn’t understand me, but they hung up. I called the delivery guy, and he told me to call the restaurant. The pork fried rice that came with it was okay. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the delivery was quick, but I will not be ordering from here again.

I just ordered from this place and the delivery man took a whole hour to bring my food. I called and complained and suggested that my price be lowered and the person on the phone said he couldn’t do that. The issue was that the delivery man got lost. I clearly gave my address 2x and the guy still got lost. To make matters worse when the delivery man finally arrived he did not want to come to the door. He gestured for me to leave my building and go get the food. I was in my house clothes and THAT defeated the purpose of delivery. The point of delivery is for me not to leave my building! WTH MAN.! It’s summer, I haven’t eaten all day and now your telling me that I have to leave my building when I ordered delivery!. DON’T DOOOO NOOOT order from here!

Foods are awful. I ordered twice when my kids got swim meets at Lehman College. Chicken and broccoli is the worst I’ve ever tried. I ordered 2 of them and there was hair and a piece of foaming thing inside the food. Won’t take a 3rd chance.
