I ordered a large pizza. When it arrived it looked as if it had been dropped. All of the toppings had slid to one side and into the box. The cheese was very “soupy” in appearance. I took pictures, but don’t see a way to include them. Had to scrape the toppings and cheese off of the box and put back on the pizza. Disappointing.

I really never eat Imo’s because I wasnt sure I cared for it…. WHAT WAS I THINKING?? I LOVED my toasted ravioli and I swiped a piece of my sons pizza….which was also AWESOME!!! The couple people I talked to were great. Keep up the awesome work guys.

If I could givve a negative I would. I ordered two stl boxes and a turkey club. The cashier was so friendly when I went in to pick up my to-go order. My order wasn’t ready, so I stayed inside. While inside, I witnessed unacceptable things and will NEVER return to this location. The young man on the frier was wiping his eye, nose, and mouth with his hand while he was frying the food. The lady prepping the garlic bread for my sandwich (which I did NOT eat, a waste of $10.00) was coughing over the whole sandwich station and my garlic bread. The young girl getting pizzas out was vaping while removing them from the pizza oven. When my meat and bread came out, they set it on the prep station, and the lady working on it was coughing on the food. She was not wearing a mask, covering her mouth, or excusing herself from the area to take a drink or assist her cough. I am incredibly disappointed in this, and the lack of health concerns they had.

Food and service was not very good. The pizza was not hot and when I approached the counter the person at the counter was on their cellphone. Later on when I asked for a Togo box it was as if I was asking for them to solve a complex problem. They gave the impression as though I was bothering them. Not very pleased to say the least.

Called next day about an order. I was told that a person named “Jackson” had my phone number, And I am not Allowed ANY CREDIT for my meal. Spent $74 for 3 burnt Pizzas and mozzarella sticks. Lesson learned for me. Look at your meal before you leave Restaurant. For the price of the meal, it should be correct in my opinion. Hopefully they make it right.

I moved from Missouri to Texas 12 years ago. Every time I come back, I’ve got to get some Imo’s! Their pizza, toasted ravioli and house salad are all very good. When I told the employee, very nice guy named Justin, I was living in Texas and how much I missed Imo’s, he informed me I can order some pizzas from them, they would freeze them for me, and I could pick them up and take them home to bake in my own oven! Needless to say, I’m taking $100 worth of Imo’s pizza home to Texas!
