I ordered my lunch at appx 1 pm on 6/27/23 standing in line. A 2 piece meal and a drink. The girl at the register asked if I would be interested in contributing to the KFC fundraiser with my loose change. No sooner than I paid my ticket, my food hit the counter hot and ready. 5 stars. Simply could not believe it. Lol.

I couldn’t believe the portion size of the chicken. It doesn’t make any sense that I pay almost eight dollars for a two piece ( notice no side either)And it ended up looking like two mini pieces of chicken I would love a refund if possible

I wish i could give them less. I asked for fresh nuggets they were barely warm and the guy said well tell them they can go somewhere else, not knowing i was up front. So I told Jim I sure can give me my money back. I told him he was in the wrong business and his customer service sucks.

Truthfully I give this a 3 1/2 for this visit , chicken was a bit soggier than usual, not too bad though!!!! that drive through cashier gave me the impression she would much rather be someplace else, I eat KFC a lot,And I can give you a bunch of locations that are always spot on unfortunately this restaurant isn’t one of them. In fairness this isn’t the worst I’ve had either from a KFC!!!*****update for my visit on 6/10/23 I ordered online and gave a pickup time instead of ASAP I got there 5 minutes early, the cashier was right on the ball, I gave my name and she said just a couple more minutes they’re putting yours together now! The cashier was personable, and paying attention to what was going on at her register, and that drive-thru my order was ready right at 3:45 the time I gave, I have to give the front end manager loads of credit she was on top of everything!!! The drive-thru, walk-up and the kitchen. My food came out hot and what I come to expect from KFC!! That was a good stop, I hope they can remain consistent like they were today!!!

I went in to place an order to go. After waiting in line, a young man finally arrived only to converse with his friends who were visy not ordering. When I asked if someone could take my order I was told to wait until they were done visiting. Good luck getting service on Friday Eve!!!

I placed this order on like then called the store for extra detail of order. Took a while to get someone on the phone but the person I spoke with was nice courteous and helpful. When I got my food it was freaking perfect and all that I expected!! I mean frfr the chicken was fried perfectly with no skin falling off and it was still juicy. The biscuits were perfectly brown on top and the slaw seemed fresh. Mar 12 at 3:00 I received the best kfc I ever had lol thanks guys. I love kfc I’ve even visited the original store in Kentucky, I live here in Nc

KFC is hands down the best fast food restaurant in Dallas as far as being fast, friendly, and the food being good. The other fast food restaurants around them are hit or miss, and not nearly as consistent with their food taste and customer service. I don’t even bother wasting my time anymore with anywhere but KFC.
