Came in at 8:32 PM on 4-16-23. Place was very dirty. Ordered a large sweet tea, meat burrito mild, and large sweet tea. Was told there was no more sweet tea for the rest of the night. Ordered large root beer. Order number was 15. Guy didn’t even give me a large cup either but charged me for it. My total was $11.98

I went through the drive-thru today sometime around 6:20 PM. Maybe 6:30 PM. Saturday, July 8th. The guy who took my order and gave me my order was so friendly and genuinely nice! You just don’t get that kind of service at the drive-thru!! He made my day!! I live in Dallas, but if I lived in Denton, I would come here all the time! -WM

Came through the drive through at 7:08 on July 11th, 2023. The man who took my order made me feel like I was annoying him when I was having trouble understanding him, and he barely spoke a word to me at the window. He handed me my things silently and shut the window on me. I’m not even asking for a smile or a pleasantry, but I felt like it wasn’t a lot to ask to receive some sort of hello or here you go, that’s all.

I love Taco CASA in Lancaster, Texas and Crandall, Texas. Came to this location June 9, 2023 8:20pm through the drive through. The male in the drive through took a good 5 minutes to talk to me in the box, never said, “We’ll be right with you,” then at the window he didn’t say a word, no greeting at all. Then, when I got home there was zero hot sauce. Guess I’ll find another Taco Casa in Denton area to go to.

Who doesn’t love tacos? The only day I go is taco Tuesdays because they have a great deal on crunchy tacos on that day. All the food I’ve ever gotten there has been fresh, and the taco shell is always filled to the top.

Was very impressed that they clean the tables with a new wipe rather than the same gross towel used on the table before. All the tables were kept clean. The food was fresh. The sweet tea tasted good and my Chiladas without a tortilla was worth ordering a second one. The staff was friendly and attentive and the cashier showed the same respect and attention to 2 boys that she did to me. No impatience. No heavy sighing. Great experience.
