I don’t know what’s going on with management at BK but they’re hiring aggressive order takers willing to argue with customers over anything. I recently had an argument with an older female order taker while placing my order at the drive through. I ordered a # 1 Whopper meal small and 8-piece nuggets meal small, as well. The order taker at the speaker was already on a bad mood for she was being short and cutting me off. By the time I drove to the window, she was waiting for me with an aggressive, bipolar face! So, I told her she needed to change her attitude. But she slammed the window, while running her mouth. She intentionally made me wait for a few minutes and when she open the window back she went off again while pretending to be polite to look like a victim. When I pulled up to the pick up window, the chicken nuggets order was missing the fries and the drink. So I asked to speak with the store manager. When manager came to the window, I explained to her what had happened. She asked me if had ordered two meals and I said yes but that the server was too busy arguing with me rather than paying attention to my order! So, the manager completed my order and totally apologized for the server! Therefore, BK needs to keep giving refreshing courses on customer service to its employees so they would learn to treat customers with courtesy and a pleasent demeanor! It’s not the customer fault that they’re having a bad day!

Gave me $25 worth of old food. Literally everything was old. No marinara for mozzarella sticks after specifically asking if i wanted it and they were cold. All burgers old and not fresh and charged me for sauce i didnt even get. Only fresh thing was the fries and those weren’t even fully cooked. Its not that hard to get an order right. Definitely the worst burger king ive had in a while.

This is a very nice Burger King — it’s been renovated inside and out and the landscaping around the parking lot is wonderful. Of course I would expect no less with it being located in nice Cary. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre. One of the items we purchased was the expensive Philly Cheese King burger. It tasted yummy, but the staff was super stingy with the onions and barely covered half the burger. For the high price what a disappointment.

After my order was taken in the drive through I paid just to get parked and sit for 20 minutes and STILL the order was wrong. All given to me by some dude without a uniform. I’m not even sure he works there.

Faster to pick up inside instead of drive through. It is also easier to verify your order if you pick it up inside. Watch out if you order drive thru online. The ketchup and mustard packets you requested online and were confirmed at the drive thru speaker may not show up with your order.
