Decided to drink espresso coffee. Stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts, asked if they made espresso coffee. I received an answer that yes. The employee of the coffee shop specified which espresso coffee I wanted: single or double. I said single. After that he received 200 milliliters of coffee, instead of 30 milliliters. To my question, why such a large portion of espresso, I received the answer that the machine did so. Dear business owners, please train your staff to make espresso coffee. Service here is terrible if you walk in and order. Took 10 minutes for two coffees to be made- one was called out for pickup, one was just slammed onto the on the go platform and left there. I saw two customers walk out instead of complaining after ordering and paying. They were so upset they just left instead of asking for their money back.

I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, expecting chaotic customer service because of how busy it was(and because the one at home for me is this way with half the line). To my surprise, it was top notch! Super calm staff, very friendly, and even my order was 100% correct! They deserve ten stars.

Catch 22
This Dunkin’ location is great! I’ve been here many times and I’ve never had a problem with their service or the food and beverages. The service is always speedy and I’d say the fastest compared to all the other locations I’ve been to. (too many to count) They have to be fast because of the location on a busy road and especially busy during peak hours. The inside is clean and inviting and they seem pretty friendly every time I visit. They serve the usual Dunkin’ Donuts products so you will pretty much know what to order if you’re familiar with Dunkin’. The drive thru is super convenient but if you’ve got the time take a break and eat inside. Either way you should always make time for Dunkin’

6/13/23 7pm The african american man with gold chains and dreads working with the blond cashier Courtney was very rude to both us customers and his coworker. Courtney was a decent cashier. Whoever the coworkers name is; he was the most rude employee I’ve ever seen. He walks around on his phone and didn’t want to serve us.

Didn’t have omelet bites so I settled for the avocado toast, old stale bread and bacon clumped in the middle. My coffee lid cracked when I got to my vehicle so I went back in and asked for another lid and they looked at me like I had 3 heads..

There are a few lady’s who work in the morning who absolutely superb. Irene and Carol. Anytime they’re ladies are at the window they pop the order out and friendly. If you got any time after 7am you will ways 30-45 minutes in line. If you go in you will be ignored due to the drive thru activity. This is one of the worst ducking Iv been and Iv been all over the country.
