Taco bells in the Santa rosa area really need to get their hours sorted out. This location says both on Google and taco bells website they’re open to 3am/4am, closed at I guess 2am or earlier, another $40+ late night munchies order for an Uber Eats customer down the drain, waste of gas lately. Yep closed 2 nights in a row now early compared to posted hours on Google or their own website

They rushed me through ordering in drive thru. Then when I got to window I verified if they got my side of nachos cheese. And they said we already put it on your tacos, so we won’t remake them. Not what I ordered but was too tired to argue with them.

I was there this morning, they took a very long time to attend me in the lobby. The shift lead looked at me, yet didn’t let the cashier know there was lobby, and continued to make food, ignoring me. I place my order and now waiting for my food, several cars(about 7 or so)come through the drive through after and get there food before me. We are all paying customers, and I feel we should all equally be a priority, not just the drive through.

My son and I wanted Taco Bell so I walked 3 miles to get food for us. To find out that the diner room was closed! I walked to the drive thru and asked why. The lady in the drive thru said “I’m not sure why” I said well can you find out cause I walked far to get here! She didn’t go asked and told me I had to moved out the way cause this is a drive thru! They should not be closing the store for no reason!! Not right!!!
