Very clean and organized location, friendly staff, parking was kind of weird since I was driving a bigger car and had to squeeze between the drive-thru and a construction that’s going on next to the Starbucks.

Love the location being built closer to my home but the wait times are ridiculous! Order ahead doesn’t even matter anymore because you’re still waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes. I’ll just drive to the Loganville location

Great location however as a heads up, if you are placing mobile orders just understand that it will take ~40+ mins. I understand that it is a new location and folks are getting trained up but I’ve never experienced a wait that long. They only had a single person working mobile orders. I ultimately had to cancel my order and get a refund. Terrible efficiency. You would think a manager would recognize the backlog and devise a plan on balancing out the drive through and cafe/mobile orders. Hopefully it improves in the future.

I love this new Starbucks. The staff all seem to be friendly and most times I get smiles. Drive thru does have quite a wait sometimes but, I understand the nuances to being a new store. I look forward to them growing and becoming more efficient.

From what I heard this location is short staffed, that said, I should’ve expected less and not more. I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes for my iced coffee only for it to be made hot. I was already nervous, trying to get the attention of the barista to remake my drink, but no one came to assist me after waiting almost 5 to 10 minutes. So if you do come to this location, I’d recommend just using the drive-thru so any problems can be addressed right then and there.

This is a new Starbucks location as of August of 2023 near our neighborhood which we’ve lived for over 15 years. Amazing location, they’re doing amazing considering new environment and some employees being new. The line didn’t take as long as I expected it to.
