We usually have good experiences both in service and food, but today that wasn’t the case. We ordered an 18-inch pizza for the price of $18 over the phone and weren’t informed of their Specials they had between May 30th – June 4th. One of the specials in particular that they had listed was the “Cheese Sheet pizza”. It was the same price for the 18-inch pizza, but a larger quantity. It would have been nice to know that. We arrived a good 30 minutes after we made our order to come and pick up our pizza. Unfortunately, when we came the young guy told us it would be another 15 minute wait, but that we could pay now if we like. We decided to pay $20 in cash and told them to keep the change for a tip. He didn’t give us a receipt and we weren’t able to ask him, since he disappeared to the kitchen. We had another guy tell us it take a little longer till the pizza is done. 30 minutes go by and nobody is attending the front. Finally, we see 2 guys emerge from the kitchen area (which you can see on the cameras they have displayed) and one is holding a pizza box as the other takes the pizza from him goes straight to the register to attempt to charge us again without asking if we already paid in advance. We told them we already paid and he gave us our pizza finally! We get in our vehicle and we take a look at our pizza to start on some slices on the way back home only to find a hole in 2 of our slices of pizza. We waited in total a hour as patiently as we could while being hungry only for our pizza to not even be complete. It’s safe to say that we will be taking a break from ordering from them for awhile.

Ordered the fish fry on a Friday night. The fish was not great but not horrible. The Mac and cheese was dry like it was cooked in the oven for a few hours to long. The coleslaw ummm..well I’ve had some bad coleslaw and still ate it but I’m not even sure what this was. It was stringy or cheesy or something. Anyway….not great fish, horrible and dry noodles which was supposed to be mac n cheese and something they called coleslaw which was the most disgusting coleslaw I’ve had in my life. Used to be a great place. Used to be!

They don’t have slices so the closest you’ll get is a personal. Mine (pep/sausage) came out really greasy. Service was quick for 12 noon.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on a roadtrip because of the name and the number of teen boys with me. I was pleasantly surprised by the large menu and how good all the food was. Everyone left happy and full.

Omg!!! This is the place to eat! Extremely good food! I wish I could add way more stars! Our food is always made how we want it. And for them to cook food just right for “picky” eaters means a lot! Our favorite is the pizza and wings of course! But the double burgers are so yummy!!!! They are a must try!

Great food, hot n fresh! Anyone thinking Ricos is better, should think again! Good luck catching Ricos actually open. The AWESOME staff at Big D’S and Chef T’s are friendly and knowledgeable, CAN’T say that for the other place. I will definitely order again!!

Amazing calzone with ricotta and mozzarella. Absolutely delicious. Now the pizza, beautiful ingredients but lacking in salt. Very blan. I was so excited giving the calzone was delicious, took a bite of the pizza and that flare was not there. Perfectly cook dough, excellent cheese and toppings but no flavor. It was kinda disappointing. Been a chef for the past 20 years and honestly I would order that cheese calzone again. The pizza needs a kick. Very bland even though it has beautiful toppings and cooked perfect.
