A Top 3 location for quality of the pizza in my book, which covers from Oregon to Alabama and several places in between.

Always a good place for pizza! Can take a while sometimes if you order during busy hours but that’s totally understandable. Just make sure you order before or after normal dinner times 🙂

I ordered online which is great except you don’t find out how much each “extra” topping is until you go to check out then after that you find out its about 9 more dollars because they charge a delivery fee plus they expect you to tip the driver I’m not a cheapskate but isn’t the tip supposed to be the delivery charge? The drivers use their own vehicles so unless the delivery charge goes to them they shouldn’t have one I mean your charging extra now for something that is part of your business anyway. Just saying I tip still but what was supposed to be a deal at 19.99 ended up costing about 50

I came inside at 5:50pm to place an order for carryout, firstly it took about 15 minutes to get someone to take my order. Then they gave me an estimated time of 20-30 minutes, but it took them 45 minutes. Not to mention I order a medium pineapple pizza with half ham. I got a completely wrong order with wrong toppings. At least if you’re going to take that much time make it correctly. Not to mention almost every employee tried their best to avoid coming to the counter to avoid customers. I saw another co-worker signaling to an employee to come to the counter. This was an awful experience!

Update: ordered again for the first time since my last experience and my pan pizza was absolutely undercooked, part of it closed in the box, a few pieces looked like cooked crust with just sauce on it. Ricky should spend more time on his orders because I will NOT be bringing my business here again. I would think after the absokute disaster I had to deal with that they would do better. I would personally see Ricky as a liability to my business if this were my store.

The food here is fantastic. The North Avenue store taste so much better than the rest of the stores. It somehow just isn’t the same. The pan pizzas are always made so perfectly, I recommend Domino’s at this location to anyone.

I watched an employee grabbed pasta and cheese with bare hands and placed the extras back to be used again, while listening to the manager lecture them on their professionalism. I left before my food was ready

Got to the store at the estimated pickup time and they didn’t even have my order going yet. Unfortunately had to listen to some of the employees complain about their lives. Weren’t many customers but there were a lot of employees. Just a bummer experience.

I have ordered from here several times, and told them they use to much sauce. But nothing has changed. This is the closest one to my house. Please, use less sauce, it actually taints the taste of the pie. I’m from New Jersey, and I’m a conasoir of pizza. I’m trying guys, please use less. Thanks.
