I couldn’t tell you the atmosphere because the lobby is always closed. If I absolutely have to stop by Arby’s I make sure I order anything but the roast beef because it’s never enough meat. There may be one slice. I’ve thought about bringing my own scales just to get a proper sandwich. I have also seen something from someone who works in there saying that the burgers were from the night before and were still being served. So that well done burger everyone wants is probably one from the day before. They changed the drink sizes so you don’t even get a large anymore. And there is almost always just one person there. And for the quantity and quality of the food, the price is too much.What has happened to Arby’s???!?!!?

Ordered the Waygu burger bacon and ranch well done with no sauce, sauce on side. Burger was raw inside and had the burger sauce on it and my bacon wasn’t even cooked it was cold. Not sure what kind of staff you have running it but I think they need to be retrained. Was definitely not worth what I paid had to come home and cook everything to eat it. Poor service, poor food quality definitely not worth what I paid

Okay now this place was horrible slow, no milkshakes, and the food was cold. Here is the issue with all of that. How the heck is the food cold when we patiently waited 25 minutes until we got to the window. Then the staff said they were only 3 people and doing their best. So where is the GM? Where so their DM? Is there no accountability on the leadership helping their staff at peak times whole short handed? Give me a break, they need new leadership here yesterday.

This place was on point!!! They were very busy at the time we arrived but the staff was rock stars cause they got the food out not only to us inside but to those going through the drive thru. The food was fresh & hot. The service was very friendly & was going beyond to please their customers, I say this due to what I’ll politely call an “entitled jerk” tried to make a scene, but they handled it grace & dignity. Props to the manager on duty & the staff!!!

We got the “double” beef and cheddars! I can’t believe I am saying this, but it was too much meat! We got them in the drive-thru and they were too hard to eat!!! Lol!!! Taste wise, Arby’s is Arby’s — but this place is excellent in the quantity of meat!!!

Ordered the prime rib sandwich. Looked nothing like the advertisement. Two bites and gagged. Was so bad I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. It went in the trash. I’ve always liked Arby’s but after this experience I won’t patronize this establishment again. The last time I had their roast beef sandwich it was so dry there weren’t enough sauce to make it palatable. I might try another location in the future but not this one.

I was waiting for my son to get off work. I saw that only 3 people were working. The manager did nothing but curse about first shift not doing their job and her getting screwed. Except she was using the f word. She was cursing when the drive thru window was open and the customers could hear her. Just because you hate your job and want to quit don’t mean you should make the other workers miserable. No wonder you can’t keep help.
