Came here an hour after they opened today and it was a complete mess. It looked like they didn’t clean the night before. Food all over the floors, the toppings section had food all over it as well. The wrap was just ok. I used to come to this location all the time, but won’t be back. Almost feels like they’re going to shut down soon.

This was just Ok, it’s gone downhill. The pits bread was too chewy and it was small for the price, about the same size as a subway 6″ but $2 more. Pita Pit used to have huge great pitas. Kind of sad, wouldn’t bother with downtown parking for it again.

I’m freaking lit. Let’s see, the staff today was lame. Barely spoke to me and just gave a vibe of super annoyed that they had to do their job and then there was a nasty bug in my food! I can’t seem to get a hold of them either! Very upset and that was my first and absolute last visit here!

The quality of the veggies tasted fresh and great. The chicken breast I ordered I expected to be if not warm but hot from the grill but it was mushy and more on the cold side of things, so I wasn’t impressed with the quality of it. The staff were super friendly providing a good experience upon coming in and dining.

The worse customer service. One time i came here literally after 10 minutes from opening and the girl who works there was like sorry I cannot help you right now because im busy and my coworker didn’t show up. The second time I was waiting to order for 10 minutes while she was grilling some chicken didn’t even say welcome in or anything. NEVER COME BACK HERE. This place doesn’t deserve even one star
