So I went through the drive thru yesterday and got 3 number ones and 3 funnel cakes almost 50.00 worth of food. After I ordered my food they told me to pull up and wait on my order. Honestly I have no problem with that except they were pulling everyone up. I’m not exaggerating. So when I got home I noticed my chicken was raw and the cakes was doughy. I immediately called the store and Hunter told me on my next visit they would replace my order. So today I went back and again Ivy the manager on duty pulled me up. I waited outside for 15 min before she came outside. At first she said she couldn’t find my name and asked me what time I was there yesterday because she was working and all of the sudden without going anywhere she said she seen the note. She said she could replace the chicken but not cakes but that Hunter would be in later if I wanted to come back. Wow what a joke

When Zaxby’s first hit the seen the food was better, had a better selection and was more like fast casual. Now I put it at or below Dairy Queen because the quality is reduced, the selection is poor and the services has declined.

A decent place to eat a variety of good chicken salads and a grilled chicken sandwich “Cajun” is very good, fountain machine with several drink flavors to choose from, restrooms and tables need an often attention, we had to clean up our table twice visits and get all the crums off the boot seats. staff at counter wasn’t busy at the moment, but instead they looked the other way.

The 6pm shift is Full of teenagers who do not listen. I went two different times hoping to get a better result, however, I was disappointed. After getting my order wrong they demanded for me to give them my food (against policy), had really bad attitudes (more than one person came to the window), asked me to pull up, and after I refused to pull up because the only thing I was waiting for at this point was dressing, they magically had it at their fingertips. Therefore, I am sure they were going to have me waiting or passively force me to get out of my car.

I’ve been trying to call the Zaxby where I bought my food. No answer. I spent 19 dollars and change, I paid for traditional wings and things, order of fried pickles, lg unsweetened tea. Got the tea, but got a kids meal, chicken sandwich and some Buffalo chicken bites tenders and fries. Definitely not worth $20.00. Very disappointed. Second time this has happened.. now they will not be open Sunday.

Ordered $50+ dollars worth of food in the drive through. We pulled forward as requested. Our food was brought out to us and we informed them that we were missing 3 drinks. Waited for them to be delivered as again we had pulled forward. Waited and waited… And still ultimately to go inside for our three drinks. We weren’t the only customers that were dealing with incompetence tonight.
