Can’t even lie, I’d been avoiding this place like the plague ever since it came to Jackson. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I finally gave it a try tonight. Clean restaurant, DELICIOUS burgers(that you get to dress yourself, btw), great prices and VERY friendly servers.

If you’re hungry, this is the place to fill up. Their food is amazing and their service is even better. I walked in with my husband who happens to be law enforcement for lunch one day and the woman at the register discounted not only his food but also mine. Which she didn’t have to do. She thanked him for his service and was absolutely amazing. The true meaning of excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning!

Not a great experience for $29. Two burgers and a kids meal. Shake was not given with kids meal had to remind them. Buzzer let us know food was ready and we had to wait 10 more minutes before it was ready. Two adult burgers were mixed up. All were cooked the same even when ordered differently. Cheese sauce had no flavor and tomatoes were green. We then had to wait 15 more minutes for another milkshake. Not worth going back to. Nothing to write home about.

Delicious as always. I can’t say I have ever gone to a Fuddruckers that didn’t have good food. The staff was kind and the food came reasonably fast. We did not get to try the shakes this time but the Coke Remix machines were a plus. We will definitely return.

The food here is real good. The service is real good. The place is neat and well laid out. I really like this place as it fills a niche in the eateries in the area. For me this is a restaurant I wish I could go to again, but the staff play music so load I have to shout my order to the cashier and continue asking what he/she said. Music in a restaurant ought to be background not something that interferes with normal discourse. I wish I could count on this changing, but I have returned on a few occasions and ended up walking out as the sound was so intrusive. I will not return until management announces a policy of using music as an adjunct to the experience rather than one that overwhelms the experience.

The burger was good, fries were ok, shake was ok. Service was decent. I don’t have any complaints really. But after I ate, the only thing I thought of was “I could have gone to Jack in the Box or Whataburger and got just as good food for half the price”. I won’t be going back because I’m not interested in paying more because they have trendy decorations.

Popped in Sunday afternoon 11/12. There were less than a dozen customers in store. After 20 minutes of waiting in line with only 3-4 other people ahead of us, we left. Way to much messing around and not taking care of business. Nothing was on grill from orders ahead of us, staff was joking around with young ladies and mgr. was not watching what was going on. Very disappointing. Especially after I chatted up the burgers and previous experience I have had with partner. We drove over to five guys and were served as expected.
