3rd person in line and the 2nd person in took over 15 mins to get their food, which should have been made to pull ahead so that way the line wouldn’t be held up,but then get my food to literally have more veggies and practically no beef. I understand they give minimal,but actually would like to have some filling in my taco.

I ordered via Uber Eats, and apparently they refused to give the driver my drink saying it’s not on the ticket when I ORDERED A COMBO! What combo cokes without a drink?! I even called about it beforehand, requesting light ice. My receipt is clear. Please, do better guys ❤️

Whoever wrapped my food doesn’t know how to wrap. Soft taco wasn’t wrapped at all and spilled out all over the bag. And the chalupa wrapping was wide open, thankfully somehow not spilling out.

The location is fine. Taco Bell’s menu is the problem. It used to be pretty good. But now it’s very sub par. They are missing a lot of the greats. They should go back to the early 2000’s – 2010 menu. Way better

Most of the staff are rude and ignore you when you go in to eat, the bathrooms are clean and that’s really the only good thing I can say about the place, I have tried every item on the menu and have gotten food poisoning from each one, I am also a door Dasher and they expect me to do my job as well as theirs… I suggest not eating here

The guy working the window tonight 11:30 p.m. May 7th, 2023 was rude and slammed the window after taking payment. He made sure we knew he had an attitude. He then gave us our bag of food with the fiesta potato bowls upside down in the bag and all the other food wasn’t even wrapped closed so the food was literally all over inside the bag. They put little to no meat in the tacos and burritos. WASTE of money. Never going back to this location in St Robert again. It’s not the first time dealing with this, BUT it’s definitely the last time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I understand we are all working for a paycheck but this is just I don’t kno twice they messed up like this is not ok. You are working in a business if you don’t like it leave we ask for no this and get extra but none the other.
