I’ve been to the original Jimmy John’s in Chicago. I’m glad to see these restaurants spreading around. Getting our order checked in took quite a little while and a bit of repetition. They were still very courteous. Forgot our pickle but since we were eating there that was an easy fix.

So, I went into this establishment and I noticed that there were a lot of talking over top of the sandwiches. Spit usually come out of people’s mouths whether they know it or not when they’re talking. And I just don’t think it’s sanitary to talk over top of people foods unless you’re wearing a mask. I wrote to the store survey and a manager called me back immediately. He basically told me that he’s training a couple of people And they have to communicate what orders are coming down, Ok, I understand that, but if you’re gonna talk, why you’re working over food, turn your You’re head away from the food Or wear a mask, its that simple. But Instead of owning any responsibility he Basically told me to never come back in the store again. Very rude!!!! And I promise I was not rude to him in anyway.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience from this location on my last visit, the lady on the pictures is very rude, I could also see she have those guys very intimidated, her voice is so loud and rude that you don’t know if she’s trying to fight you or what? I showed up that night and she was complaining because every night when they are almost going to close people come in for service, so, are you mad because people are going to buy at your store instead of buying on the next door five guys? You should not complain about your issues in front of customers, even that you need to reduce your voice tone and be polite and professional. When I come in at the store I could see that you get upset because someone was going to make you work, you need to see the way how you threat your coworkers, they are not your personal employees, or you’re the owner of the restaurant? I hope the big manager of this store or the owner of this store could see this review and understand why I’m trying to said. The food was delicious as always on every jimmy Johns, but the behavior from this lady needs to be seen by the big managers, I hope if you’re the manager put on line this lady since you may be losing money because for example, I’ll not be coming back to this store thanks for that very bad customer this lady gave to me, thanks!

Seems like ever time I order from this location they forget something from my order, this time my combo meal chips, last time my combo meal soda. When you pay the high cost they charge for delivery it would be nice if they check the order before it’s delivered. So I recommend if you order delivery before the driver leaves open up and make sure all your stuff is there.

Two words, AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I PURCHASED MY FOOD AT 4:25pm & FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING. BOTH EMPLOYEES WELCOMED ME . BOTH EMPLOYEES EXPLAINED THE MENU TO ME WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING , THEY MADE SURE I KNEW WHAT I WAS BUYING! THEY EVEN BOTH MADE SUGGESTIONS! Fast and fresh is their motto, and it stands! Had my sandwiches by the time I got to drink dispenser. Ingredients was fresh also, which is really nice. Food was great, place was clean, employees were friendly. Recommended for lunch……just try it!
